DELIVERY

All Prices are inclusive of delivery via Royalmail, MyHermes, UPS, DHLUK and Parcel Force

We don’t specify delivery dates or guarantee next day delivery, but if you contact us we can let you know if you order will be sent same day, or provide a dispatch date. 90% of orders are sent same day.

International orders will be sent via Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, DPD or FedEx. We are NOT responsible for any charges the receiver may get charged before delivery, for example, Customs and Revenue charges that may be owed on the parcel before delivery. Delivery charges for International orders apply please contact us before Ordering.

Any orders with a delivery address which is classed as highlands or islands will be subject to extra charges if sent via courier.

Addresses classed as islands and highlands are the discretion of the carrier, and are entirely out of our control.

If such charges will be requested, you will be emailed beforehand, and you can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted 14 days after purchase. We will replace damaged or faulty items. Items that have been ordered by mistake or no longer wanted will only be refunded for the value of the product. Postage will not be refunded. ALL items must be returned within 14 days.

URGENT ORDERS

If you require your order urgently, please email us before or after to make us aware of this so we can do everything we can to make sure your order is sent as soon as possible.
